This is the EverDrive GB4 X7. It’s a cartridge for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color that allows you to play your entire personally backed-up Game Boy library on original hardware from a single micro SD card. Here’s a closer look.

This is the EverDrive-GB X7. It’s a Cartridge for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color that allows you to play your entire personally backed-up Game Boy library on original hardware from a single micro SD card. Here’s a closer look.
This is the cart itself. It’s available in numerous color and label variations, and can be upgraded to a Deluxe edition which comes with a BitBox storage case, additional year warranty, user manual, and stickers. The cartridge is the same size and dimensions as a standard Game Boy Color cart, and fits into your console’s cartridge slot like so.
Here’s how it works.
Place your game files into your SD card via whichever organizational method you choose. Then take your Micro SD card and insert it into your EverDrive, plug that into your Game Boy or Game Boy Color, and you’re ready to begin.
Simply select the game you want and and start it to begin playing exactly as it would if the original cartridge were in your console. While playing, you can press the small button on the top of the EverDrive to open up the in-game menu at any time for access to save states, or to return to the system menu.
